Biography

Lynne grew up in Wahpeton, North Dakota. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in secondary education. She attended law school at the University of Minnesota. In 1985, Lynne began practicing law in St. Cloud.  She concentrates her legal practice solely in family law. Over her many years as a family law litigator, Lynne has represented clients in complex marriage dissolutions, child custody, parenting time, post-decree, paternity, and child support matters.

Lynne’s years of experience enable her to analyze the facts, the applicable law, the family dynamics, and the impact of the proceedings on the family unit. All are all taken into consideration when guiding her clients through the process from intake to resolution.

Lynne regularly serves as a family law mediator, arbitrator, custody/parenting time early neutral evaluator and financial early neutral evaluator.
